I'd thought my phone would be going in the bin or at best I'd be begrudgingly handing it over to a dodgy pop up shop in the hope they wouldn't break it.
Lovefone made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. Professional, friendly, very quick and a good price. I have already raved about the service to my colleagues and, while I sincerely hope my phone doesn't break again, I'd be straight back there if it did.
