I applied online, i was contacted almost instantly by email with a quote for repair and bike courier, once I agreed the courier was here within the hour, (I think it might have been less than 30 mins!)... The phone was back with me a couple of hours later as I was paying the cost online... Roxanne from LoveFone was extremely helpful.
I hope I never need to use your service again but with 4 children I reckon it's only a matter of time!
