I phoned up in the morning about 10am, asked for it to be picked up by a courier from South Kensington and 2 and a half hours later my wifes iPhone 4 with a new screen was back in my hands at half the price of some quotes from high street shops.
Brilliant, all I had to do was meet the courier outside to drop off and pick up and bob's your uncle.
I can't praise them enough for their efficient, cheap and speedy service.
