I was sooooo impressed with the service that I received from Lovefone! A client of mine recommended Lovefone after hearing I had broken the screen of my phone on my way into work. From the first conversation with them (Roxanne) it was smooth running. Even after they delivered it back to me and I noticed there was still an issue with my screen, I reported the problem and in no time the courier was back and ready to take it back to get fixed. Not having to leave my office was such convenience and if I ever need this service again (which I hope I do not) at least I know exactly who to call.
