All very straight forward and easy - just how i like it. Can't believe the speed with which the guy swapped out the battery on my iPhone5 and on a Saturday afternoon too. I guess that's experience for you. There are other places but something about the openness of LoveFone and what appears to be transparency gave me confidence to use them. Would certainly recommend.
