I dropped my iPhone 6 on the escalator on my way to work causing the entire screen to be completely shattered. Apple had no available appointments that day and even after an appointment, they said it would need to be shipped out for repair, meaning I would be phone-less for about a week. After a quick Google search, LoveFone seemed to have really great reviews so I booked an appointment over my lunch break. I arrived early, they took my phone straightaway and said it would only take 20 minutes. No more than 10 minutes later, the screen was miraculously back to it's pristine state! Yes, £99 is quite expensive but given the fantastic service I received, I was more than happy to pay. I don't usually write reviews but felt inclined given how amazingly easy they made the whole process. Thank you so much!
