My poor Nexus 5 was in a very sorry state and the constant bashing of the non-responsive keys on my replacement plastic phone was causing my stress levels to soar. My only wish is that I'd known about Lovefone sooner. I had been putting it off for weeks as was expecting to have to pay an exorbitant amount to have the screen replaced or wait forever for the insurance claim to offer a new phone - which I didn't want! I love my Nexus :) One visit to the website, an hour long appointment booked in store for the next evening after work was told it would be ready in half an hour. I do like a good under-promise and over-delivery scenario. Phone is like new and I am infinitely calmer. (and happier!)
