Well, my iPhone 6 broke, the microphone failed, I contacted Apple and arranged a repair, the process was slow and when they quoted me almost £300, I gave up. As with many people I'm lost without my mobile so, after 18 months of the iPhone 6, I bought an iPhone 7. Frustrated that the 6 only needed a microphone, I searched the internet for repairers. I found Lovefone. The website looked promising, but perhaps too good to be true. Anyway, nothing to lose, I thought I would give it a try. Wow, what a find, a simple process, easy to post my faulty phone off to London, great communication all the way through. I posted my mobile on the Tuesday afternoon from Derbyshire , I received an email to tell it had been received on Wednesday morning, and an email to tell me it was on its way back. The phone was received on Friday morning, well packaged and fully repaired. The iPhone is now going to my nehew for his 11th birthday as his first mobile. 😎 I've already told friends and family about Lovefone and would have no hesitation in recommending them based on the service I received or using them if and when my iPhone 7 fails! What a nice easy response at a fair price in our demanding and all too often rip off society. Thank you JB
