I'd been let down by a rival of Lovefone who buried the despatch time of 3-5 days in their t's and c's. I cancelled the order with the rival company after speaking to Lovefone who advised they could get me the same phone and spec for next day delivery. The phone arrived the following day exactly as described. An excellent company to do business with.
