I've always been nervous of using third-party repair services, but when I got quoted a ridiculous price by my OEM I decided I would give Lovefone a try. Let me tell you folks - they are absolutely amazing. If you're looking for confidence that these are the right people to look after your shiny smartphone, I can assure you that these guys are the ones to pick. The service is quick. They repaired the screen on my Pixel with a super-fast turnaround. I sent my phone to them and it was back pretty much within 48 hours. They let me know when they'd received it, when they'd fixed it and when they'd posted it back (thanks Anca!). The best thing of all was the aftercare however. I wasn't quite happy with the fix, but whilst a lot of providers wouldn't want to know, Lovefone took the phone right back, paid for the postage and sorted it out. I don't know what else I can say. Great service. Rapid turnaround. Brilliant communication. Fantastic aftercare. Oh - and brilliant price!
