Amazing! Ive had a mobile and insurance for so many years and never once needed it to be fixed. Typical that when I stop my insurance a few months later I go and smash the screen on the pavement. Without apple care, things started to look pricey until I came across Lovefone. Still unsure I read the reviews and the cost was lot cheaper than other similar places out there. Book an appointment via the website which is an amazing idea as I knew I was 100% going to be seen that day and time and not be waiting around likes its a hospital. Went in, the guy looked at my phone, said no problem, 30 min max, you can stay or come back. Went to Oxford street to do few things, came back, amazing, all sorted. Looked like new, even had a screen protector on it. 100% great service, easy, quick, reliable and would go and see them again. Been a few days now since it was fixed and the screen is working like usual; no colour problems or light or speed problems, so again great great great.
