Went to apple they told me Iphone was knacked and tried to sell me a new model, took my IPhone into these guys @LoveFone who diagnosed screen had failed (despite no obvious damage) all fixed with new screen within 20 mins for £59 and phone working perfectly again. Great service and all seems to be well still a few days post repair. I'm livid with Apple and have written to them to ask how was it they were unable to do any similar diagnostics, but hats off and good job guys-thanks!
