Loved ‘Lovefone’! Booked an appointment slot on their website for the following day, to have my iPhone 5S battery replaced. Website booking very easy to do. Arrived 15 mins before my appointment, was offered a seat and told it would take up to 30 mins. About 10 mins later it was done! The Receptionist was very friendly & helpful to other people who came in after me. The guys who work on the phones have a workshop behind the reception, so you can watch as they do it. It cost me £39, I have a 1-year guarantee and my phone is now working perfectly again. Very happy & would recommend & use Lovefone again 👍🏻
