My Iphone6s had lighting port problems which the official Apple store cannot (or didn’t want to ) deal with. I found Lovefone online, their price was on the webpage, the booking system is quick, easy, straightforward - I got a same day appointment (also they were flexible as I called in after the online booking and changed the timeslot, which I moved 1 hour earlier) Their customer service was spot on and my experience in their shop was likewise really good. I was there about 25mins, while I waited they registered/repaired/tested my phone which now has a lifetime warranty on the repaired parts. The pricetag was also really good. I paid £39 for the repair instead of a £290 replacement at the applestore. No brainer really. 5* star experience from start to finish.
