This was my first time dealing with Lovefone. I had found them via the internet after doing some research into companies that could fix the charging port of my iPhone. I could track the couriers progress and had a good understanding of when it was being collected and dropped off. LoveFone were very helpful and guided me throughout. I would certainly say that their customer service is impeccable. The iPhone was fixed in no time and returned to me. A plus point was the very reasonable cost for this also.
