Found these guys on the internet - they offer a walk in service. They are willing to help, knowledgable and friendly. I needed two new batteries for iphone 5's which they sorted within about 10 minutes. The phones work great and came back with a 12 month warranty. No complaints whatsoever - will be using them again - convenient and trustworthy - no hesitation in recommending them. ps - I am a genuine customer - even though this review reads as though they wrote it - I am very pleased
