Lovefone do what they say. They send a courier. They repair your stuff for the price they mentioned. They courier it back. You pay by credit card on the phone. In my case, the stuff still had a small niggle. We redid the courier-repair-courier thing, free of charge as the stuff was under their one-year warranty. Now it works. Incredibly, we nowadays have to marvel at processes that unroll normally. But it always feel good when it does. I had two different people on the phone and they were both friendly and helpful.
