My phone screen stopped working after having it fixed by Lovefone almost a year ago, i didn’t have to pay for it to be fixed this time because of the lifetime warranty that Lovefone provide. it was really easy to book the appointment, I arrived early and they took my phone straight away. The phone was ready within half an hour and they apologised for the inconvenience caused! Overall great experience, great customer service and I’m super happy with my phone.
