I dropped my brand new iPhone6 and smashed the screen and had to have it replaced. I phoned several places but Lovefone offered the best price. As promised, they replaced the screen in half an hour and gave me a £5 voucher for next time. Hopefully there won't be a "next time", but I'm very satisfied with the service.
