I took my iphone 5 to Lovefone for a battery replacement. I got a new battery which lasts about 50% longer, so very happy with it. However, I then noticed an issue with the headphone jack, which I am sure was not there before. Well, without having any debates or having to prove my phone was fine prior to taking it to Lovefone, the very next day the Lovefone team replaced the headphone jack and the problem got resolved. Some may think that it would have been better to have the battery replaced without any issues, but I actually think my case is the perfect testament of a great company with good customer service. Issues will always arise when handling a small sensitive device like the iphone. What matters is what you do when issues occur and Lovefone reacted in the percect way. I strongly recommend Lovefone as, I know, if anything happens, they will fix it.
