Thanks to lovefone for helping me fall back in love with my phone again. Super efficient and friendly service. Walked in with an iphone button not working which the apple store told couldn't be repaired and walked out 30 mins later with said button working and phone looking like new. Looks like I'm not the only one who loves lovefone. While waiting it was interesting to observe a number of apprehensive people walk in wondering if their phone could be fixed and the look of surprise as they were taken through the options available to them - including no charge if problem couldn't be fixed. Well done guys!
