Smashed my phone and was going on holiday 2 days later so was desperate to get it fixed. Booked an appointment online at lunchtime the next day. Arrived early. The team took in the phone while I went for a quick look around the neighbouring shops. Returned half an hour later and it was all complete. Really good service if you are in a fix. Should franchise to out of London locations.
