I found my experience with Lovefone to be exceptional. The online booking service meant i knew I wouldn't be wasting my lunch hour waiting around. I had a screen replaced but discovered that some of the touchscreen keyboard keys didn't work. I contacted them via email and they were very keen to put it right, which they did straight away. Highly recommended.
