I've been using generic kindling wood from shops for years. Always struggled doing multiple pizzas, with it going too hot/too cold while making the next pizza. Then you have to wait to stabilse, at which point the pizza's stuck to the peel.
These logs, absolute game changer. Stable, hot, long lasting. I put in a log, choke down the chinmey a little, make a pizza, open up the chimney, and wait 30s. Perfect flames and temp.
Regret not doing this sooner.
