I bought a reclining sofa and chair which almost immediately started fraying and stitching came undone. I have contacted Love Sofas throught 2018 & now 2019 yet can’t resolve the issue. I have completely paid via DivideBuy for this shoddy piece of furniture. Today, I’ve been told the company name was bought in August 2018 and it’s not the same company operating! Interestingly, this is contrary to what is on the internet which states the company has been in operation since 2010! “Chris” is the only person who seems to be with some decorum and customer service ethics. Avoid this company like the plague!
