I love LSF!
I don’t really care for the social media aspect of it because I’m rarely on Instagram. I don’t like how the “selfies” and roll calls revolve around Instagram.
I’m a mental health professional and I know a lot of comparing and low self esteem can manifest from this. I also set up an LSF Instagram account just to try and found that it distracted me from my goals and I was constantly focusing on others instead of myself. Overall, I love LSF though and it has changed my life. So thank you.
