The company is responsive to customer concerns. But like a chain, it is only as strong as its weakest link. Their delivery service is their weak link. LoveHoney has good inventory and customer service but as long as they stick with DHL to deliver their products, their business will suffer. It took over twelve days to ship an item that was promised to be delivered in six. Paying $9.99 for shipping on an item that is the size of a tube of toothpaste and weighing 12 ounces is crazy - especially since it took two weeks to send it several hundred miles from the warehouse. DHL dropped the ball and LoveHoney refunded my shipping money but the damage was done. The product did not get here when promised and it was delayed by over a week. Very disappointed.
