Zero stars, company with non-existing customer service.
Held my tablet for a month without any notifications about its status. After a month and my calls they inform me that they will send me an email (!?). My claim as accidental damage was rejected!
It is complete waste of time, avoid them and go to local shop for repair instead.
I am still waiting for my tablet back and a misleading policy refund.
