Ordered the Personalised Sterling Silver Child's Expanding Star Bracelet and would NOT recommend. The bangle arrived and looks nothing like the photograph. I was told by Love My Gifts that they accepted that my order did not look like the photograph on their website “we do understand that these looks slightly different”. Having sent the company an email I was told “With regards to the personalisation this should have been wiped before being sent. However if the customer buffs over this with a dry cloth this will then be silver / grey rather than the browny colour”, this is not something you should have to do when ordering a new piece of jewellery. Needless to say I did not get a refund. Would not recommend or order from this company again.
