Ordered personalised bauble for my grandaughter. Lovely quality and she loved it. Quality of item and speed of delivery I would rate 5 star. The only problem was the stateof the box. It was bashed and half open I thought it would be damaged but luckily not. I am sorry to end on a negative. I would shop with you again
