Ordered cards for Valentines Day. Turns out they never shipped them. Asked them for a refund and instead of just issuing one they claimed they were shipped and would arrive that same day. Order never arrived, completely screwed me over for Valentine's Day when they could have just owned up to the fact that they didn't deliver the order and issue the refund (so I at least could have time to buy new cards instead of ending up with nothing to offer).
