I have been using my low blue lights orange goggles for the past 4 years and they are a great aid for me now going into stores that have pretty much switched over from incandescent amber bulbs, fluorescent overheads, to now everything LED blue light bulbs. It has become and "Ailean World" for me now. I also use the computer and television screens, along with the small iPhone filter screen. Having these screen protectors and glasses is a must to survive the "new lights" of the big city that now are everywhere. Even on car headlamps.
