After succesfully withdrawing more than 500 USD, my withdrawals have suddnly been blocked. After asking support, I was told that I had logged in with different IP addresses.
The only way to get it moving again is to buy the same mining plan again (300 USD) to be allowed to make withdrawals.
This is a very suspicious explanantion as logging in from different IP addresses should be a normal thing to do. Other customers tell the same story...
