I have made an order the 7 of april, it happen that the post guy never showed up. i precise that i'm working home. It was returned at lucky vitamin and they received the order 45 days later. I have asked about my order 60 days later and they said i have to wait for them to receive it, in they warehouse, to refund me.
It's been 6 month that they received it and it didn't make it to the warehouse. It's odiously lost, but they don't open claim for that, they consider it somewhere, but not lost. They have lost my order from their office to the warehouse... If it happen to you, you will have nothing but more than disrespectful sell service, who will tell you to "move forward" and who will stop the conversation because of questions they don't want to answer. i've lost 150$, they have used one of the worst transporter of my country (colis privé, 1 on 5 star on trust pilot). They don't take any responsibility on that too. It's a shame.
