I've been a loyal LV customer for many years. On 9/2/2018 I again place a somewhat large and expensive order: Order Number: LV16475895 which weeks later has still not been completely filled due to product backorder. When I placed this order I forgot to include 2 bottles of Solaray Slippery Elm 400 mg. - 100, Item #: 67698. I phoned LV and spoke with Malika in PA.. I asked her to please include 2 bottle of items # 67698 in my order. She told me should could not but that I could place a new order. I asked her to please waive the shipping, again she told me she could not. I explained I have been a loyal and regular customer for years. She again told me she would not waive shipping cost for the 2 bottles of item # 67698. I told her I would be better off to buy locally rather than ordering through LV. Malika agreed. Our conversation then ended.
