Upon return of a defective bottle of Wobenzym N, I was charged $7.95! I have successfully ordered this product for years in the past without reason to return it back to Lucky. It was not my fault. Why the penalty? Please don't say that it's your policy. If I had made a mistake in ordering, I would gladly accept this charge. However, it was a manufacture defect that caused the return, not a defective customer! This is a poor management policy with regards to customer relations in this situation.
