I've been searching for a handwash product that doesn't irritate my eczema prone skin and is moisturizing enough that is doesn't eventually break down my skin barrier and trigger eczema through that route. I've found 2 hand washes in last 20 years that meet that criteria. Unfortunately, one of those products has been reformulated and the other discontinued. I've tried every handwash product that sounds promising, with no luck. I purchased this Attitude body wash product thinking it might be similarly gentle as the unscented Attitude foam handwash which no longer seems to be available (at least in the U.S.). I haven't thoroughly tested this bath gel out as a hand wash yet. Sometimes products seem okay for a week or so, them I realize that my hands are gradually getting dry and irritated. However, I do see promise. It is unscented. It seems occlusive, so that moisture will stay with your skin after washing. Like the Attitude foam handwash I have used, it is accepted by the National Eczema Association. If it doesn't work out as a handwash I will likely be able to use it as a body wash, as the rest if my body is more forgiving of skin products than my hands.
