Haven't received my order yet and at this point not sure if I ever will. Had to follow up twice just to get it out the door, although I notice the charge to my card was immediate. I won't be following up a third time. If my order does not arrive soon, I will issue a cancellation on the charge and write this company off in favor of some other online retailer. So much for giving anything out of this order as a Christmas gift.
This is a whole new level of suckage for Lucky because I have been using you for over 10 years and the shipping and customer support were always stellar.
But clearly, you have chosen the path of outsourcing and this has immediately impacted the customer experience. If you contact customer support now, you either have to chat with a useless BOT or you have to send an email to the Philippines and wait up to 48 hours for a response.
So disappointing. So sad. Why on earth would a company choose to shoot themselves in the foot this way?
