I have always found customer service to be extremely helpful with the times that I needed to rectify various issues these past few years. They were always wonderful and resolved the problem within the 1 phone call. This was by phone, I have not needed to contact Lucky since they went to "chat" and email. If needed, I hope it will be the same as I have experienced in the past. Damaged orders were resent without much ado and a few times I placed my order without my discount coupon and they always credited my account for the difference. I have used them for a few years now since they have many of the organic products I use at a reasonable price and I can do "1 stop shopping". Shipping is a bit on the longer side, so I order at least 2 weeks before I need the products. When there is a delay, I am always notified by email. The orders were received on or before the date given so no issues there. It would be great if Lucky had quicker delivery times. Be aware that when using Autoship, you will be charged shipping if the order is less than $25 and you cannot use any coupons. I make sure to have those shipments with enough items to get the free shipping. It would be great if my "Lucky Dollars" could be applied to the Autoshipments. All in all, I have been very happy.
