I was grateful to be able to find the products I was looking for and at a good, fair price. Considering the times we are living in right now, I completely understood the longer period of time it took to deliver the items. The company did contact me to let me know that the items would take a little longer in getting to me because of the large volume of orders. They again contacted me to let me know when the items were being shipped. Two of the three bottles of liquid soap that I ordered had broken caps with a little bit of leakage. Perhaps the company would consider wrapping these more delicate items in bubble wrap or some other material to help cushion the items during the shipping process.
