It started off a little rocky because of Fed Ex they have delivery problems. They delivered to the wrong address. I didn't receive it for a couple of days after my neighbor found it on their doorstep. One of the 2 bags I ordered had a whole in the bag. The other one was fine. I tried to send an email to your company, but your email was apparently full because it kept sending an delivery status failed back to me. I also tried calling but couldn't get through. Finally was able to get through, on your online chat on your website and get a refund for the bag with hole. Thank you for rectifying the problem. We will be using you again. Have a great day! :)
