Reference number speaking to Ellaine on Chat 8/13/20202 ended 12:00 started at 11:45 AM. 375261 I was to be getting a credit on all 3 of my sesame oil cans, and the entire conversations was how all 3 of them were severely bashed in as the 16.9 oz cans were not protected when they shipped them UPS. One came in leaking and all three had tops smashed in and sides all dented and bashed in from hitting hard objects during it's trek to me. Completely unprotected or wrapped. I've been trying to get my refund or credit, and was talking about all 3 in a chat. Ellaine said I would have credit in full. The credit came through for ONE (1) can. This is terrible customer service and follow through. Why can't they do their job correctly? This is the second person (first was Nona M.) who did absolutely nothing. I'm so very unhappy that they cannot follow through with this. Even posted in on their facebook messaging. Nothing. Do not count that they will follow through when their is an issue. I recommend the competition over them so far and I'm still waiting for the credit on the 2 I did not get refunded. There is NO way I can give these as gifts.
