Purchased the iPhone 14 Pro Max case. the unit is advertised as Mag safe , i fact the unit is not whe i tried to contact them there is no phone number or email address only an online form, i submitter my concerns and received a reply promptly, the follow up email advised me to send a video showing the issue. well Einstein's its as stated the mag safe does not work . the Phone is iPhone 14 Pro Max the charger is Belkin all purchased through Apple within the last 60 days, i advised them via Email i only have one phone and no means of videoing the mag safe is not charging, all communication from Lucrin halted, numerous attempts have been made to contact them but unfortunately they hide behind their emails and will not respond. the company has no contact in formation in any of their sites worldwide the site Lucrin.sa directs everything to Lurcrin .ch need say anymore. tread with caution when purchasing from this company
