Lucy Bee products are excellent along with the service they offer. Unfortunately this time when my order arrived it was damaged. However, I need not have worried as within hours it was all sorted out by the lovely Petrina, who went on to order me a new coconut oil to replace the damaged jar and even offered to replace my whole order. This unfortunate incident was handled in a polite, helpful and extremely fair way.
Lucy Bee is a great company to buy from and has the best products too.
