Hi there, I really just wanted to let you know about the excellent customer service I received! I ordered my products on Wednesday 19th of December and delivery to the Republic of Ireland usually takes 2 working days. There was a problem with my billing address so I was asked just to confirm it but unfortunately by the time I replied to the email the DPD collection had already gone for the day. The customer service assistant apologised and said that hopefully it would arrive Christmas Eve, which was no problem for me. I then received an email saying that she had rang DPD and asked if they could come back to collect my package!! An hour later I received an email from DPD saying that my package would arrive on Friday the 21st! I was absolutely delighted 😃 I was so impressed with the Lucy Bee customer service!!
