I love the creamed coconut that comes in a jar. As someone who often makes coconut curries, I find the convenience and control over how much/how creamy very appealing and more eco friendly than buying individual sachets or tins of coconut milk. That said, I purchased some other products from Lucy Bee recently with my order of creamed coconut and most of them came in a plastic wrapping inside a paper box. I understand that food hygiene and choice of packaging suitable for delivering online orders is key but would welcome a review of this in future to reduce the use of single use plastic.
