The worst communicator. They give you one phone number that gives you useless information, if you have arranged with them to have your luggage shipped home from an airport. No options to choose. Then they hang up on you. Every time you send or respond to an email the send you a generic response with a messages stating it can take up to 72 hours for them to get back to you and leave you with the useless phone number. My luggage was left at thier store in Edinburgh Airport on 10/2/24 to be shipped back to LA , it is now 10/19, and one email telling me they have them, and a charge of $640, that i paid r days ago. No further contact or valid person to communicate with.
