Review for Luggage Point at Birmingham Airport I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Luggage Point in Birmingham Airport. I accidentally left my purse in the airport lounge before a flight and was relieved when it was located and returned to me. However, upon collecting it, I discovered that while my bank cards were intact, my cash and driving licence were missing. After raising this with Luggage Point, they did return my licence but claimed there was no cash in the purse, despite the person who found it assuring me otherwise. I followed up again, and eventually, Luggage Point acknowledged that there was indeed £40 in the purse, saying they would arrange for a bank transfer. Weeks later, I am still chasing them for my money. I find it concerning that these items would have gone unreturned if I hadn’t pursued it so persistently. This experience has left me with serious doubts about the integrity of their lost property process. I expected much better accountability and transparency.
