We stored our luggage at their Mumbai central store. It was a shady hotel on the 2nd floor. It had no lift facility. We had to lift our 30+ kgs of luggage and climb upstairs.
The staff was very unfriendly and they didn't cooperate with us properly. A room attendant helped us with our luggage.
It was very tiresome experience.
