Great service, and warranty with my loupes Josie J was very helpful and addressed the repairs to my loupes, I was quite surprised to see they replace the frames and added new nose piece as well as the new screw driver. I’ve had my loupes for over 5 years now and will continue to deal with Luma Dent in the future.
